Starting with a kick-off call 10-12 weeks before your wedding, your wedding coordinator will dive into the details you’ve already planned to ensure everything is prepped for the perfect day. From crafting professional timelines, finalizing vendor details, and managing rehearsals, your professional wedding coordinator will oversee the entire event.

On the big day, your coordinator and team will handle everything—from setting up personal touches to coordinating with vendors and venue staff—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment. With two or more dedicated wedding coordinators on-site, you can relax knowing your wedding day will flow effortlessly from the first look to the final send-off.
